Today everybody is talking about how bad the economy is…people losing their jobs…their homes…companies closing or downsizing. It’s all negative. Did you know that for every negative their is a positive? It’s one of the laws of the Universe; the law of polarity. The law of polarity states that everything in the universe has its equal opposite.  For every bad there is good; for every failure there is success and so on. Realize that every situation just is; you make it negative or positive by how you choose to think about it.

So what is positive about the bad economy? Since so many people are losing their jobs or finding that there is no such thing as job security they are looking to make money other ways. They are turning to the internet and here is the positive– so many more people to show your opportunity to. If you are creative, you can build your business fast.

I don’t watch the news or read a newspaper.  I don’t want the negativity to stop me from focusing on building my business. I recommend this to everyone who is easily distracted by the news. Remember that bad news is what gets people to listen, read or watch. For some reason people are attracted to negativity. I’m sure there is a psychological explanation for this and you could probably find it if you googled it, but the why is not important. What is important is not to let negativity stop you from reaching your goals.

When something bad happens to you, try to look at the situation in another perspective. Try to find the equal opposite or the positive. After you do this a few times it will become natural and you will notice a change in your attitude and eventually your life will change for the better.
